its gone! ITS GONE!!!


Short post!

This morning went into my online store Facebook fan page & saw THIS!

I guess Facebook is trying to become a better Social Media Marketing Tool?

From my previous post about how generous they are to give out free ads, now they are trying to improve and encourage consumer engagement, relationship, and interactions between brands and consumers.

Sadly the "Review" function is gone! But! Does it really matter? I guess this would definitely generate more interactions and build stronger customer relationship with different brands and fan pages.

Whats do you think?

  1. This is an area that is still grey to me. I don't ever interact with brand on FB. Never have, but now that I have a better understanding of SM, perhaps I night. I actually did a test through the week which I will tell you all about in class. But in general, I understand the great advantages from a brand's perspective, but from a personal point of view, not sure exactly how to best utilise this brand interaction to my advantage.

  2. ummm....i guess so...i found FB kept changing recently... it added many functions like Timeline..i think it will be more innovative because of the high competition..

  3. Gee, this stuff changes so quickly!!! Our "book" will be out of date before it's printed, even with a one-week turnaround time!
